I´'m new to this game and there is something i don't quite fully understand about the Prey hability, the Ghoul Priest's Prey hability states: "Highest Strength". My question is: if Ghoul Priest is engaged with an investigator of Strength 2, and another investigator with Strength 3 enters the location with the movement action, the Ghoul Priest disengages from the previous investigator and engaes with the strongest one that just entered the location or not?

Once engaged, the enemy will stay engaged.
