I understand that a corrupted unit is not able to attack or defend, but that their power icons, (if any), may still apply in the Kingdom or Quest zone when calculating resources or the number of cards to draw. That said, my question is can a corrupted unit use their Action, (if they have one). Also, are Forced situations still enforced?

From what I understand, corrupted units power icons still do count towards resources/card drawing, they just cant attack or defend.

They are also allowed to use action and forced abilities

A: Yes and Yes. A corrupted unit may not be chosen as an attacker or defender, but is otherwise unnafected
