Would have been nice to get this in the Stormtrooper upgrade box. So weird that it only came with one heavy weapon.

According to the product page it came with 2 heavy weapon upgrades. The T-21 and the RT-97C troopers.

It's on the wrong unit. Shore troopers wouldn't mind it, Clones would love it, and I know certain Rebel players who despise the Z-6 who might find the T-21 a more palatable version.
