A few Moralo questions:

If Moralo plays against Moralo and a Token movement by Player 2 triggers both, who goes first? Player 1 or Player 2 as he "owned" the effect.
The token to trigger Moralo has to be at distance 1-2 when it is moved away. If it is moved into distance 1-2 from further away that does not trigger Moralo, right?
If a shuttle moves a token and triggers Moralo but also wants to fire after the movement, Moralo does its thing before the Shuttle is allowed to fire, right?

The rule doesn't distinct which player triggered the effect: "If both players have effects with the same timing, the first player resolves all of his effects with that timing first."
