I understand that the "never tell me the odds" expansion has 3 new shapes for ion clouds. My question for those who have one already is if the rest of the obstacles are new or reprints from previous core sets and expansions and in that case, which ones?

The rocks are the three rocks from the original core set that weren’t in the 2.0 core set and the six TFA core set rocks.
I believe the debris are the remaining three original debris that weren’t in the 2.0 core set.

As gas clouds? Yes. The only thing that won’t happen is the environment card effects.
The gas clouds are the only net new shape, though some of the others are previously only in 1.0 sets and now in 2.0
