With Starhawk title Amity how does that work?

No, since Garel's Honor delivers a faceup card.

As for Amity, you take one additional card to deal your opponent one more card.

It doesn't work against the hawk, as Hardened Bulkheads only works when you overlap or are overlapped by a ship of a smaller size class . The hawk is large and you can only equip it to a large ship.

If the Starhawk has bulkheads, and is rammed by garels, the net result is going to be 2 cards on each ship if amity wishes - but one of amity’s will be face up.

If amity was rammed by a regular non Garels hammeehead, then the net result if amity wishes is 1 on amity, 2 on the hammerhead.

Oh, I thought the question was what happened if a ship with Hardened Bulkheads was overlapped by the Starhawk with Amity, but re-reading the question I think you're right, it was regarding Amity with Hardened Bulkheads.
