I'm always a bit heavy toward anti squadrons but could use some help on my SSD list please.

Titus isn’t worth it unless you bring Rift Ambush; given his timing, your opponent just needs to see which ship he’s used on and put a nav command on top. Officer Vader is probably the best choice for the slot, offering rerolls when they’re really needed (especially Kallus against squadronless fleets.) Going with Brunson over DCO can work, but crits may wreck your day (to say nothing of Dodonna.) It’s not bad, just a gamble.

HTTs are situationally okay, but XI7s affect more ships and deny a defense token consistently while working better with accuracies. Alternatively HTT is great with Heavy Ion Emplacements because it forces ships with DCO to make hard choices. Rather than using Spinal to buff an arc your opponent will avoid at all costs to begin with, I would recommend making the sides as unsafe as the front with QBTs, H9s (also great for flak), QTCs, or XX-9s (if you keep the HTTs.)

Heavy squadrons can take Superior Positions, blow through the screen, and dash themselves against your flak while trading up in victory tokens. Advanced Gunnery will just never get chosen unless the other two objectives are equally mean, and there aren’t two other objectives that mean. I would recommend something to the tune of Most Wanted/Surprise Attack + PIC/Asteroid Tactics/Fleet in Being + Solar Corona. And Gunnery Team, of course.

The TIE Defender doesn’t yield any deployments and could be a pretty nice bid/space for the changes.
