All no, but it can either fire with 2 weapons or fire the same weapon again (Barrage). Barrage is what allows the tank to put 4 suppression tokens on the same unit

The key word that lets him double tap with one weapon if he doesn’t use two weapons for arsenal.

Lott taps, makes everything suppressive.

Shoots main gun at someone. Rolls any hits. That’s 2 suppression.

Double taps the same enemy. Rolls any hits. That’s 2 more.

That’s how using Lott you can get 4x suppression on a target in a single activation

2 suppressive weapons fired at different targets with arsenal, or 1 suppressive weapon fired twice at the same target with barrage, will put out 4 suppression.

But honestly, I think Lok Durd's usefulness will depend on the Ordnance upgrades. If he can sit back and just make arsenal 2 shots every round while recovering, then it's fine, but I feel like keeping the AAT cheap and relying on barrage might be the way to go.

It lets you spread your droids out even further, being able to have detachments without uplink accompanying the vehicle.

I was thinking that too, but in order to get the most out of that tactic you'd need to split fire. The big gun is 2-4 and we know that there's a missile type that has the same range bands, but will be fixed front. Without knowing what kind of dice the missile rolls, and it probably won't be as useful as the main gun, it might be better just to shoot twice against one target rather than recovering if you can't split your fire.

I think the High Velocity Shells are the ones that have range 4 on them and while we might not know the dice pool they do seem to have High Velocity on them.

Lok really is only going to work on a suppression list. To get the most out of him in a standard game he only gets used 3 times (barrage with lok one turn, recover/arsenal the other) and you forget dice mods all together. At the moment that also probably means trying to squeeze in droidekas and gg to double down on the suppressive. That's a pricy list for droids.....

Maybe..... Thinking on it as is it still makes him the best anti tauntaun weapon (when comboed with the r4 missle the cis has once released if he can get a shot. Potential to break them in 1 activation + high velocity for the dodge tokens......
