boost and side schemes

I cannot find this in the rules, but does a side scheme enter play if it is revealed in a boost action?

no, you just appy the boost icons/boost ability of the side scheme

If an encounter card being used as a boost has text that will affect the game it will have a star with/instead of the normal boost icon. Then the text after the star in the text box will apply. The side scheme"Goblin Nation" is the only one that enters play as a boost as of now (as far I as can recall).
