If you've followed my Han/Luke or Han/Poe threads, you know I like the Han plus X archetype a lot. Rebel Han is in Hyperspace, however, any upgrade that he actually likes is out of Hyperspace. However, Leia is coming into Hyperspace and has a force. The reason why I'd choose Leia is because Lando is VERY predictable. Lando is especially predictable in Hyperspace where the ship count is higher and easier to get blocked, thus he'll have a hard time using his ability. Leia's ability is i5 with force and an open dial. Luke lost a lot of toys too such as Sense/Precog/Burners/etc and Regen increased. Because of this I think a third ship is necessary. I've tried Jake with Luke and Lando before and I felt myself forcing the interactions. Arvel can work independently while also helping the friendlies with Intimidation.

I would like to point out that Han's best friend, Lando, is still definitely in Hyperspace! However, I like the idea of working with Leia anyway!

I, for one, don't think Luke or Leia need ANY upgrades. That leaves enough points for Ten with Stab Foils and an Ion Cannon! Much more potent than Arvel

Yeah, I was looking at Lando and Novice Tech for Han. The loss of the force is huge though not being able to take Kanan.

Ten I've been looking at but B-Wing's have never been my flavor of ship, so I don't even have the 2.0 contents for it lol

I was just brainstorming Skywalker Siblings last night. My starting point was Luke plus config; Leia plus K2SO; Braylen. Problem is it is 201 points. So that’s out. Taking Braylenn down to Ten Numb does it, but I don’t know if I want to do that. Another option is dropping K2S0, which I may wind up doing.

The other direction I looked at was similar to this - Luke + R2D2: Leia + Hull + Falcon + K2S0; Arvel + Intimidation

I want to mess around with all these and see what clicks for me.

If you don't get a focus, re-roll. You always want a focus. A second focus or an evade or two are just gravy. Two evades? Re-roll.

Worst thing that can happen is you end up with a single evade, and that's still definitely not bad.

Han/Lando/Title clocks in at an insane 85 points! You can feel free to add lots of toys and keep him well below 100. Since he always wants to broadside I almost think missiles have become a worthwhile investment, though I'd be happy to be proven wrong. Also worthwhile are Engine, Novice Tech (maybe Chewie but Novice Tech is almost strictly better on Han, which makes me very sad), and possibly hull.

Incidentally, I've been informed that Stealth is an absolute Steal on a titled Falcon; the amount of health you save with those 4 points is just disgusting. Very matchup-dependent, though, and maybe worse with the newfound preponderance of 3-primary ships.

The main thing with Lando is when you boost. You don’t have a passive focus flip which makes this Han a brawler instead of an arc dodger. Which is fine, just the format doesn’t have R2-D2 Crew to help back him up some more.

Yeah Stealth Device is pretty good, especially with Lone Wolf Han combined with Title.

I think I was putting together nearly the same squad in YSAB the other day. Minor tweaks, nothing significant.

I'm so used to putting R2-D2 with Luke by default, but that might be correct for him.

As to Leia, I really want Engine Upgrade. Her big strength over Lando is that she doesn't require blue moves. Allowing her to white Boost really opens things up. Again, you may be right, but it's really tempting to me.

I'm really mixed on K-2SO as a stressful-"force". Again, I love that Leia doesn't need to pull blue moves, and tossing stress in there just makes me nervous. K-2 can toss that calc a pretty long distance away, and maybe Luke was already planning a blue move, or so forth.

And I realize there isn't really another option: force crew/gunners are all out of Rebels in Hyperspace.

Doesn't necessarily mean K-2SO is bad. Just that he probably doesn't really fit with how I'd fly the ships.

But an Evade isn't a focus. I had a friend who was flying Han for a while. He cut Lando, because ultimately the token he wanted every turn was just Focus, so why spend 2 points (5 if going MF Title) to do what you can do for free? You've got a bit of a chance to get a 2nd token, but unless you get Focus/Evade or Focus/Focus, you're kinda worse off, and spent points for the privilege of being worse off. You'll get Focus Plus 16/64 times on a single roll, so with Han doing the reroll, you'll be at 28/64, or about ~44%. Close to ~32% (EE, EB, or BB twice, so 36/63 ^ 2) of the time, you'll wind up with no focus tokens.

Is it worth a 32% no-focus miss chance to get a 44% chance of focus-plus? I guess that's that's a bet everyone has to decide for themselves, and I love that Lando and Han are so thematically perfect together. But personally, I'm saving the points and just taking the focus action. Heck, I almost want to put Perceptive Copilot on Han.

I really like the OP's list as is, as well as the variants suggested with a B-Wing instead of Arvel. I know Luke/Lando/Jake has been tried by the OP and the interactions seemed forced, but I still think the following variant might be interesting/solid:

- Leia (Engine Upgrade)
- Luke (R2-D2, Servomotor S-Foils)
- Jake (Outmaneuver)
198 points

Outmaneuver Jake is someone I keep meaning to put on the table. You get to Boost/Focus or Roll/Focus without stress, or can Roll/Focus/Boost with a stress. Being able to use that dial on white moves with a focus and movement action looks pretty sweet.

Ooooooh, I like this! I'm not entirely sold on Engine Upgrade, but I can agree with the appeal of an open dial. Had a chance to mess around with this on FlyCasual, and Outmaneuver Jake seems like a great inexpensive piece.
