Sorry to start another thread as this is address mainly to Jon at Talisman Island but I also figured it might be usefull with futur release of expansion anyway!

My question to Jon is: when can we expect an update of the Strange Eons file to include the latest Highland cards?

The last update is dated back to January 10th and I have 6 out of 10 opal cards that could use a makeover to improve them and also I'm probably not the only one who purchased 2 or more highland expansions

Anyway, thanks for the great work you put into Strange eons, it's really appreciated over here.

Hehe... the latest update for the Talisman plugin for Strange Eons has been ready for quite a while. I figured it was best to leave it a bit whilst everyone gets familiar with the Highland as it is, rather than add to it immediately.

I have not been at home much of late, but will be later on today. I will see what I can do about uploading it.

Just as a point of interest it will include the new elements from the Highland expansion (card template/keywords) but also the newer "required expansion" icons like those below -

I'm afraid the update will likely be on Sunday or Monday as I need to get some other stuff sorted with the trip to Games Expo to help demo Talisman with Elliott.

Well, as we now know I was unable to get to Brum to help demo. I hope to remedy this later in the Summer...

However, for now I have updated the extension!

If you have a look at Talisman Island you should be able to get the new version whilst Chris updates the catalogue.

Fingers crossed it all works...

It should be available as a catalogue update now.

Hi Jon,

How far ahead are you with the update for Sacred Pool on Strange Eons? Can you provide an approximate release date?

Sorry if the questions sound quite demanding but I must state that your fast hard work on previous expansions and the success this software enjoy with homebrewer like me.

The "Pool" ,as we call it here, will be played and some cards will be pointed out as needing some tweak or changes to suit our style of game and it is where Strange Eons come into play.

So, I hope you can post here and on Talismanisland website when the update will be available.

The update will come in the next week or so.

I have changed the icons about a bit this time and have added functionality for "My Icon" which might help some homebrewers out there.

I am still musings about whether or not to change the addon into a few different parts, namely "official" cards or what is currently available and "unofficial" which would be a wishlist of new features. When I have pondered I will decide whether or not to remake the addon from the ground up... we shall see.

I shall post when it is available.

Oh yes, and I nearly forgot.

I have added JC's Mini Ending templates to the mix too!
