Is four the max number of corps units you can have in Skirmish?

First off, it may be clear to you because you’ve probably played the game longer than I have.
Why I questioned it? The other unit requirements use the wording “up to”, Corps does not. The change in wording left me questioning it. “Must include at least 2 and up to 4.” would have clearly matched the wording style of the other unit limits.

I have to agree why to people always answer people by talking down to them if they are asking there a reason you often forget we have all level of player playing the game i actually spend most my games teaching new people growing the community this is easy game to get basics down but there are always some small thing that new people have a harder time getting. so why don't we just support each other .
What if we’ve been lied to all along, and the maximum is not 4 but more ? The dark side is strong, our ability to read the rules have diminished, I fear...

Actually I’ve never played a game I’ve only just finished building my army.
