Has anybody else had an issue with ordering anything from the Asmodee store? I've been trying to pre-order Black Widow but it tells me that my postal code is invalid (it's not) and that my address failed to validate. I've even tried the extended postal code. It is my address. I've checked to make sure I didn't type anything in wrong. I've ordered from FFG before at this same address with no problems, but the store looks different than the last time I did order (it has, admittedly, been a while). I sent an email to customer service yesterday but have yet to hear anything. Just wondering if anybody else ran across this and if you were able to solve it (and if so, how).

Make sure to remove any extraneous characters from the address (Ie if you happen to have a comma separating something, get rid of it).

I’m not sure what to do about the postal code...I can’t recall off the top of my head, but does it ask about your country on the form? If so, be sure it matches your country, as it could be the server is expecting one form (let’s say, a US code) and not the one you’re entering (for example, a Canadian one).

Figured it out! Apparently it doesn't recognize any auto-populated information when you fill out the address fields, so you have to fill them all out manually.

I discovered that too. You can let it auto fill still. Just add a space at the end of the text in the field and then delete the space. It removes the auto fill presence from the field and you don’t have to type everything from scratch.
