I’m just going off the Product Legality rules in the tournament docs. Also the Points have no other date and the rules ref is tagged with 1/15.

Why would you want to use outdated points anyway?

Where are the points printed? I haven't seen the change in the app yet, do I need to update or something?

PDFs on the product page for X-wing 2.0 and any 3rd party squad builders. The official app is no longer being updated while a replacement is being made, or at least thats the last official notice.
