When is the specific detonation time on a seismic charge or proton bomb if delayed Fuses was used?

Seismic charges and proton bombs detonate at the end of the activation phase. If fused, they will lose the fuse marker instead of detonating and remain until the next trigger comes up for them to detonate. In this case it would happen during the following round, at the end of the activation phase.
