Hi,

if I have 1 Dwarfen Ranger in my Questzone and 3 other Dwarf Units will be killed and are therefore leaving the game, will my Dwarfen Ranger:

1. Deal 1 damage
   
   or
   
2. Deal 3 damage

Your Dwarven Ranger will deal 3x 1dmg (each Forced resolved on its own, so Toughness 1 will protect a unit from any damage you want to deal to said unit.

By that I realized that we actually made a misstake since we didn't took care that out-of-battle damage (= during actions) will be taken one-by-one.
In battle you collect them during the assignment first before applying.

That actually makes a big difference and e.g Toughness much more powerful during those "action" phases!!!!

Does it matter what zone the dwarven units leave from? So if they exit the battlefield that will still trigger the rangers ability?

It doesn't matter what zone your unit is leaving from.
