Do we know when this reprint would be arriving in retail? I am just getting into the game and looking to start my first cycle. Wanted to start with Dunwich, but this pack's lack of availability is nixing my plan.
Miskatonic Museum Reprint?
There will definitely be a reprint of this. When that happens however is always up in the air.
If you are unwilling to wait, you have three options.
1. Start a different campaign. Path to Carcosa is very good and at about the same difficulty level as Dunwich.
2. Play just the one you are missing on TTS. Understandable if that is not your thing.
3. Skip it. It is not a terribly great scenario and it is really just a step in the road. You can watch a video of someone else playing it or just read the act and agenda cards and campaign page online. There is a simple choice to be made . (Keep an item/leave an item). Make the choice and play on. I promise you, you will be fine.

How are we sure there will definitely be a reprint?
The old way would be to look at the upcoming page and see the reprints in the queue, but it looks like they don't list reprints anymore on that page. Then at least you'd know a reprint is planned at some point in the future. Even though it cluttered that list and probably made it a bear to manage, I do wish they would still list that stuff.
Though history would suggest a very high probability that it will be reprinted. Unless the game is getting cancelled then they've historically kept old LCG packs in print. Though how timely they are with the reprint is variable. For LOTR some cycles were OOP for a long time, but all cycles did eventually see a reprint. Of course there's a chance that AH:TCG is getting cancelled and/or FFG will go out of business before we see a reprint, but I think both are very unlikely considering the overall health of this game.
Edited by phillosThat is something you could ask FFG. One way from them to know the demand is to let them know there is a demand. If you go online and to their contact page, you can email them and ask if any of the currently out of stock scenarios for Arkham the Card game are going to be reprinted. They should get back to you. I noticed a fee months ago that the Core set was out of stock, but was back in stock about a month later, so that is a good sign. Let us know what you find out!

4. Skip the tiring trip to the musty museum, and have a night on the town at Excelsior Hotel, instead.
