I'm coming back into the game after a long while and I wanna fly something that can be competitive but I've got this idea in my head of a matched Squadron of the more Elite fighters such as E-Wings, Defenders or the new FO Interceptor. Basically anything with 3/3 Attack/Defence.

Any suggestions what I should be looking at?

Starvipers. Quad Black Sun Assassins with Crack Shot.

Triple Silencer(FO) might also be decent.

Looking at the Hyperspace list I guess I'm looking at Silencers...

Or Advanced X1?

Maybe, I mean you can fly Vader, Marek Steel and 2 generics. The need for locks makes everyone but Vader a bit vulnerable though.

Silencers you can have Kylo, Rush and a generic all with advanced optics, and brillian evasion on Kylo.

Four Starvipers are probably going to be the best pick. It has been a fairly competitive squad, but lower priced efficiency jousters might force it out.

Next up... maybe three TIE Silencers. Rush seems like a good pick along with Kylo and Blackout, even if you can't really bring much of a bid.

I've found E-Wings to be fun but mediocre. You can run four plain, or three with R3 and Torpedoes (either all Proton, or swap one Proton out for FCS on everyone, too).

Fang Fighters dropped significantly. You can get 4 skull squadrons with fearless, or 3 init1's and Fenn with a large bid, or Fearless/Outmaneuver and a decent bid. Should be good in this hyperspace mess.

First Order is where its at in terms of aces in hyperspace. Something like:

Kylo Ren (76)

"Rush" (57)

"Holo" (54)
Proud Tradition (2)
Deuterium Power Cells (9)
Total: 198

Holo is like a mini defenders. Target lock and focus on red moves, then pass the stress to keep proud tradition alive. And regen cause why not?
