Still very much on the table. Just not as auto-include anymore so we can experiment with other swarm models.

22 AP but my personal suggestion was different for Howl/Iden: I wanted Iden down a little (38ish) and Howl up a good bit (45 or so)

No that is the correct projection. It's just that (as I've said before) the model misses stuff so a human can come in and make different decisions. This is the most obvious case where I would do that.
