Using stolen extremely loosely. It could be a test copy or given out early for some similar reason but that would be enough to break an NDA. Or it could have been removed from storage early. Or someone got legit copies early for legit reasons and decided to sell them.

How did they get that? That's awful. I don't have the game yet, but if I did I wouldn't support this. I have no interest in finding out about packs before they're in stores.
