While Corvus is being used by some for Lifeboating, more are using it the way they intended. If it gets too much out of hand, they'll slap a "cannot be your flagship" on there.
Corvus is pretty useful on its own, and being a lifeboat makes it that much better (particularly with Surprise Attack).
As for Raddus, I'm tempted to bring back my list from last year, with a little modification. The problem I had was with squadron-heavy lists and lifeboats. Lifeboats haven't entirely gone away (although Surprise Attack helps a bit), but being able to deploy at distance 2 helps with the squadrons:

Might need to think a bit about the objectives. And maybe replace Leia/Bright Hope with External Racks or Garel's Honor so the Hammerhead is something other than a Shriv-delivery-platform.
Other thing I was contemplating was Raddus on the Starhawk, with a Profundity in Raddus-space (or even the Home One in Raddus-space - I think Home One would be really useful for a Starhawk). But it would have to be a cheap Starhawk.

I would have said that was pretty obvious from the flotilla nerf back in the day.
