Fallen Order

Finished Fallen Order over the holidays. Now really wanting some Inquisition for my Legion army. Grand Inquisitor as a Commander, maybe Second Sister as well? A few more as Operatives and some Purge Troopers. Maybe even do the latter as some kind of generic heavy weapon upgrade or something... or a whole unit; I'm good either way.

Hmm... My mock-up for a purge trooper unit would be something like;

4 Models, 1 wound, 2 courage, speed 2, no surges

Jedi Hunter, Charge, Dauntless

Weapons;

Electro-Weapons: Melee, 2 Black dice. While in melee, you gain immune: Pierce.

E-11D Blaster Rifle: Range 1-3, 1 black die

Upgrades: Gear, Training, Grenades, Heavy Weapon

Heavy Weapon Upgrade: Electro-Hammer Purge Trooper

5 white dice, impact 1, pierce

I like it a lot. A Purge Trooper Commander with a DC-15 (same as Phase I clones) would be another option too. 19pts per model?

Still playing through it. I'd like to see some of the units make an appearance too. Melee focussed scout troopers would be cool. Also purge troops

I'd probably go a different direction with them, though I like the keywords chosen. It seems in the game they tried to be a 1 on 1 opponent so a whole squad of them would carry a lot of power. (I'm Considering the difference in game of fighting off 4 or 5 scouts compared to 1 purge trooper. without just force pushing everything off an edge.)

I'd run them in pairs...

I'd say run them in 3's, with there being 2 Electro staffs + 1 heavy, but that's just my take.
