This may have been discussed so forgive me. How is it that he is in 7 of the 9 movies plus solo and we really don't see him go on a rampage and take out some bad guys singlehandedly. For being the mighty Chewbacca his biggest moment is winging Kylo I guess? Maybe I am forgetting something

He did tear some stormtrooper's arms off in Solo

Also, can we talk about how he had his medal in one of the comic books and then he got a medal from Leia in episode IX?

I did see some speculation that it might be Han's medal but I feel like that's probably bandaging a mistake made in the film.

It was JJ’s Fan Service Royale with Cheese very much Han’s medal Leia had kept.

I made that suggestion on multiple sites and edit on Wookieepedia because my teeth were starting to hurt grinding.

Are we sure it's not Luke's? I remember somewhere mentioned Han sold a medal for drinks at Maz's castle and it was mentioned by Maz to be Luke's.

In the novel Force Collector , it's revealed that Han Solo gave his medal to Maz to "pay for a drink," telling her that it belonged to him when it was actually — wait for it — Luke’s medal.

Which would stand to reason that the medal WITH Leia, and then presented to Chewie, is Han’s.

Okay thanks, got it goofed up. Thought for some reason the medal Maz gave Chewie was the one Han gave her.
