Was playing last night and some stuff happened so I had some questions.

Squirrel Girl and War Machine both have abilities to attack all enemies. That is all enemies on the field right? Even ones that are engaged with other heroes/players?

Correct, although technically they are not attacks, so they don't trigger things like Retaliate or get interrupted by Stunned.
