Nice list three main threats. Two ISDs, two vsds and a bomber wing. Any tips please post em

Flagship is good but XI7s aren't needed. All your other ships don't have them and fighter attacks can be redirected too so one XI7 is an annoyance. XX9s or LTT (great for proximity mine sweeping). Chimera and TEA could be dropped for points and you could then drop Wulff. If you ditch Wulff the Palpataine is great in a Sloane list with you ripping defence tokens away and the enemy having to spend them if they want to attack Sloanes ship.

ISD1 is perfect.

VSD1s are a good design but wing commanders can go. SFO if you are worried about slicer tools but in a Sloan list you should bank a nav turn one then usually squadron the rest of the game. Grint on one could get you an extra squadron and use the flight controllers more.

Squadrons: where are the others? 79 points out of a possible 150 and a third of them can't use Sloanes benefits when attacking ships. If you want to keep all the ships and low squadron total then look at Motti or Jerjerrod instead but let's stick with Sloane for now. Add some more fighters desperately. You don't need tie advanced if you have nothing that stands out that needs protecting like Howlrunner or Dengar. I would drop a VSD for a comms net flotilla and add 60+ points of squadrons. Stick to the more expensive charachters to put less strain on your fighter activation ability but the ISDs can both squadron on turn 2-3 to help out. Hondo or coms net over the squad token for BTs.

Marrek, Jendon, Mauler, Dengar, whisper, cienna, black, 2 Tie int for example.

Missions? surprise attack, fighter ambush, Superior positions. (Assuming you go for 130+ points of fighters for the last two missions)

Agree with Mad Cat that Sloane is a bit pointless here. With Sloane a Quasar is more effective as a carrier, and you don't have anywhere near enough squadrons to get value out of Sloane. Almost any other admiral would do as good a job here as Sloane. Motti for example would be a good one.

I would swap Wulff for Vanto on your Chimaera because Vanto can chop and change tokens.

Two VSDs and no sign of Harrow? I would be inclined to turn 2 x VSD1s into a VSD2 with Disposable Capacitors and QBT and Leading shots, and use the remaining points for a smaller ships (eg Arquitens, Gozanti)

For 600pts you are very short of activations. Strategic Advisor on your ISD1 would give you 5 activations instead of 4 which is still low for 600pts.
