After the “ tunnel of the red keep” is activated, I know further characters that comes in to play is not affected, what about for shadow cards? The bonus strength is modified if some cards come out of shadow or return in shadow?

EDIT: Just realized that this doesn't answer your question. I suspect that it is fixed at the time of use, but I definitely could be wrong.
