Does anyone know any third-party manufacturer that makes fleet trooper helmet head swaps? Would love to give the rebel troppers helmets.

You can try and contact bucket head bits on shapeways. I believe they use to have the files.

I'm a tad confused here; every rebel trooper apart from the Duros has a helmet, and one that's much more practical looking than the fleet troopers', no less.

My wording might have been a bit unclear, I wanted fleet trooper helmets instead of the regular helmets, because I love those dorky-looking things.

The neckseams aren't perfect on some of the troopers, but overall I am happy with the results!

I’d like to find someone who sells helmets like the pathfinders. So that I can give more of my rebels their heads.

I have some extra ones as I converted one of my Fleet troopers to heads without helmets. (I think I have 4) Necks can be fixed with green-stuff. 😉
Does anyone have some spare Phase II helmets, maybe from the BARC speeder or the actual set? I need like 3.
I might have a couple of extra Pathfinder heads too.

4 A Duel sells some on Shapeways, with a variety of bandanas, goggles and other stuff, as well as male and female options. The faces all seems to be the same, but if you spread them out, it won't be more noticeable than the already repeating faces

Shapeways stuff is WAAAAAAY too expensive. After shipping I could probably just buy a unit of pathfinders and use their heads.

Yeah, pretty much... The prices on some of the stuff is okay, a single character is usually within the same range as a ffg operative, but units quickly spike in price, and that shipping cost is just exorbitant.

Yeah, I got a few of the alien heads but I always end up removing a bunch of stuff from my queue and buying a squad to chop up.
When they release that Mercenary Scum faction, I'll have everything I need. 🤪
