IS that ANY attack roll, can be missed, then you get the primary? IE could i attack with the primary weapon (say of a B-wing with the E-2 crew mod slot), and if miss, then make another one?

Yes.

What makes you think otherwise?

The only caveat I can think of off the top of my head is a "perform this attack twice" effect. If you use Twin Laser Turret or Cluster Missiles, *both* the attacks will need to miss in order to get an extra attack with Gunner.

Nothing. I've never ran a ship with Base Malbus or the Gunner crew slot, and was wondering (i didn't notice the Gunner got a FAQ, but Base didn't).. that's why i asked.
