I have two T-70 X-Wings and two RZ-2 A-Wings. What would be a good list using these four ships? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There’s quite a bit you can do with those ships specifically because there’s a wide range of pilots. I’d maximize it by getting all four on the table with something like this. I don’t think you need an 11 point bid here so upgrades can be added to suit your needs. There’s a few bullseye related cards that may be tough to land at first but will help you develop as a player (assuming from limited ships that you may be just starting out, so apologies if that’s a bad assumption).

Not saying it's better, just a different way of thinking about the lists.
Kind of all the RZ-2 pilots are good, and most X-Wings are (everyone but Tubbs, Joph, and Kara, really). Almost any build with reasonable upgrades will be at least OK.
Good Upgrades to consider (probably not all of them at once):

T-70: Heroic, Crack Shot, Predator, Pattern Analyzer (maybe Advanced Optics), Black One, BB Astromech when affordable
- For pilot-specific stuff, R4 is good on Poe, Composure on Snap (fail the boost, get a focus).
- Mostly just Jamming Beam for the Hardpoints, but Marksmanship/Autoblasters could be fun (but probably worse) on any of the I5/6 pilots, and Poe and maybe Nien Nunb can run with Torpedoes.

RZ-2: Crack Shot, Heroic, Predator, Advanced Optics.
- Maybe Lone Wolf on L'ulo in the right list.
