If you're going by Sector Fleet rules, you have three squadron points too many.

We're not, since this is a DM

How are you fuelling STM? Hondo could be nice. You shouldn't need H9s with captain Jonus around.

An SSD in a Sloane list isn't turning and isn't repairing. An SSD with repair command for 4 turns gets you 12 shields back in a game. The enemy have the firepower to drop even an SSD in 3 turns, repairs could make that 4 or keep it alive for the rest of the game.

As it can't turn or repair ditch the huge ship for 2 ISD-IIs. With ECM and GTs you only have to drop a few upgrades for LS and maybe boosted comms for each. These ships can squadron and turn and have decent firepower with interlocking GTs. Palpataine on your flagship is a real pain with Sloane fighters killing defence tokens at an alarming rate.

Like the Quasar. Vader raiders should be cheap and NK7s suck. OL pulse could be fun but I would look at a Raider 1 with E-rax.

Fighters are fine but I would use Fewer interceptorsor charachters rather than 8 Ties. Jendon and Marek are good with Sloane and sabre squadron is nice to snipe enemy Intel, speaking of which, get some to keep mauler ramming the enemy. Dengar would be protected by your reasonable level of escorts and counter gets boosted by swarm and Howlrunner or just take a jump master and keep it back on a rock until you really need it.

Thought on missions? Surprise attack, Fighter Ambush & Superior Positions?

Avenger, Maarek, Jendon, Governor Pryce.

The Four Horsemen* of Winning Big in a Disgusting Fashion.

All the other swarm TIE uniques and Dengar kill squads in the background, Whisper if the points are there, Squall to chuck them across the table (props for including it.)

Boosted comms allows you to use the specific aces you need when you need them and better leverage your squadron maneuverability, and I recommend it over EHB anytime.

Although there's more to be said on Sloane fleet-building, those are the core concepts.

If it's like last game they're alternating first player by round, I believe.

Suggestion is to drop DCO for Strat Advisor, will give you 6 activations, and rework the Raider II for HIEs and DCaps, WBT, to help strip those shields so your fighters can pile on the damage earlier. - you won't need to NK7s either since token stripping will happen from the squads. And as mentioned find room for Markeek and Jendon, Markeek will bromance with Jendon and strip a Brace or whatever token is most needing to disappear every round.
