The Knights of Ren transports reminded me a lot of a HWK-290 in shape. Bigger and boxier, but with similar horizontal and vertical engines in the back.
The HWK-1000 exists in legends and one of FFG’s RPG sourcebooks, but is quite different. Maybe this is a HWK-1300.

We see both Rey and Ben Solo flying it, and it would be quite difficult for FFG to make it significantly different from the Silencer outside of a title card, but having it in the Resistance faction it could be a unique pilot only ship like the rebel attack shuttle and Captured TIE.
On the subject of the Captured TIE, what about Resistance TIE/ln with Ben Solo pilot? Perfect opportunity to get TIE Fighters onto the faction! 😉

Not gonna lie, I got excited about the transport’s in-game potential. FO really needs a smaller (or at least cheaper) crew carrier. This one is different enough from the Imperial mainstream to look like it’s own thing.
I didn’t know I needed a Sith Cultist TIE/dg until now, but now I need it bad.
Poe’s lady friend would be a perfect candidate for “Scum or squad including Poe Dameron.” Add him as a crew somewhere, too.
”Palpie Jr.’s Shaggin’ Wagon” would be a fine cross-faction Scum/Resistance thing.
What were the triangle-winged TIEs near the end there?
And since when do TIE/lns have hyperdrives, anyway?

Things I saw in 9 and want:
FO: Knights of Ren transport, tie dagger
Resistance: Rey t65 pilot, resistance Y, Lando 1300 pilot and Wedge gunner (maybe in the Y pack so we get it faster than next ace pack?)
Im not sure the desert craft will be scum. Could go Resistance because it’s used by them this film.

Just all of this, yeah. Card packs are going to be a great way to catch the game up with ROS. And Wedge as a gunner would be a fun way to keep him different than Rebels, which feels important since Resistance is poised to be even more of a Rebels clone with the Ys and Bs.
(Not knocking them. Seriously. But if it clucks like an X, Y, A, &B...)

I am not a TLJ fan. I was concerned about 9, but gave it a chance. So glad I did.
I really enjoyed this movie. I am all too eager to get my new sequel heroes and villains into the game. I dare say 9 is my favorite of the three sequel era films.
FO needs smaller cheaper crew carriers, and they could get it now. Resistance needs things to make them feel different from rebel, and this could help with that.
So, resistance Y.... needs a white barrel roll. Or that pilot is just an expert handler. Maybe resistance Y is rebel Y with a shield plus white roll. Or maybe just 4/4 like a rebel B.

How could you miss the INCREDIBLE TIE Whisper? It’s seriously sweet-looking and I think it’s awesome that Kylo has at least one spare around.
I agree on the Knights of Ren’s transport, but I’d rather see the Xi and the Echelon first.

The Visual Dictionary says that the Whisper has a heavy weapon turret underneath the cockpit. So maybe an in-between ship where it isn't quite as fast/manouvreable as a Silencer but also isn't as tanky as a Tie/SF. Maybe with a back/front turret but you can only use it with an equipped cannon upgrade (like "you may treat your full front arc cannon attacks as turret attacks")
3 Attack, 3 Defence, 3 hull, 2 shields. Cannon Slot (turret only), Tech slot, mod slot. Decent dial but maybe not as open as a Silencer but not as red as an SF. Closer to a Tie Advance x1 maybe.
I would actually hope we get a Whisper and 2 Tie Daggers starter set like the Republic/CIS ones.
Also what do we think Wedge's gunner card would be? Maybe 1 less defence dice for the defender but only with a turret attack?

Clearly he found an old Gonzanti with an old TIE and flew that to the unknown region and took the TIE down to the planet. Duh!

First of all, yes, I want to see FO squad pack. I’d preorder that in a flash.
The resistance counter part I’m not sure - maybe a mix and match with 1 t70 (new Poe orange scheme), rz2 (green scheme), and a Resistance Y? (And a Separate resistance Y blister available). Not sure how they’d handle the pilots though....
Re: Wedge gunner - think that’s about perfect. His old skill but now just for mobile arc attacks. Makes the Star fortress turret better, makes the falcon scary, and works on the new Y we assume is coming.
And also we do seem to get pilot abilities but tweaked slightly as other cards (Rey and Finn noteably) so makes sense.

Please just no. They've stolen enough stuff already. Let's not make this a thing, at least until the existing factions have at least 10x as many pilots on the proposed "stolen" chassis.

Poe Dameron (Crew) would be interesting but I feel is is more likely just going to be a pilot in the Falcon and T-70 Orangr the nexgt time we see him.

Here's the thing; Ben Solo was only known to a few people by the end of the film so if the gave "Ben Solo" a TIE SF is it really stolen? Futhermore Rey in "Red Five" is thematic and canon as to her in a Whisper well we could debate that all day she flew it to Ach-to and Exegol it is used by her alot ... along those lines (Rey should be able to use Darkside upgrades i.e Hate and have Emperor Palpatine crew 😂 )
Squadron packs are neat and I think their important for new players but I doubt they will use new ships for them in existing factions.
I could see 2 tie/fo and a tie/sf as a bundle. For the resistance 2 a wings and an x wing. I just think they will slow drip ST releases and wait for the the comics books, and shows to add new pilots and names.

It wasn't an SF, it was a regular old school TIE/LN he grabbed from the Death Star 2 wreckage. Now how that did any hyperdrive jumps is beyond me...
