imo we need more scum cards period. force users and jedi have had their time to shine now lets give the bounty hunter faction some kick***** pilots and/or illicit upgrades.

doesnt need to be powerful, just useful and cost effective.

Scum never has been the same since Davy moved to legion. He was the one that wanted them to have fun toys that worked.

it seems like scum has been largely forgotten about. they have a few ships that really need looking at. Jumpmaster and IG-88 for sure and even stuff like scum hawk and scum falcon pilots. you notice how the escape craft went from the support ship of choice to extinction after last points adjustment?

outside of Fenn Rau, Guri, black sun assassins, Boba Fett and Ketsu I'm not really seeing anything im interested in flying. Kavil gets honourable mention - tanky and cheap but surely a support ship. Kinda missing the escape craft.

imo Hawk needs a buff, probably the generic and the lesser played pilots. Scum generics across the board could do with some points reductions. cheap cartel marauders are nice but vs aces and aces with force they are a risky choice.

I wouldn't worry much about that. The Jumpmaster and M3-A are very obviously being looked at considering Hotshots and Aces adding new pilots for those, FFG would have to have their heads buried in the sand to purposefully make new pilots for dead chassis and not do anything to fix them. And if they're being looked at, odds are the other Scum toys are too. Not to mention the Razor Crest is coming eventually, and with it there'll absolutely some love for the Scum faction simply because it's the Mandalorian's faction. I'd still REALLY like illicits to be better though, especially if we're still getting taxed for the empty slot as the Z-95 is. Or new illicits in general. I'd just love for Jabba or Vizago jank to actually be good. A 0 point Spice illicit card is something I'd really like, since you could pay for just 1 illicit + Vizago, load the rest of your illicit slots with Spice, and swap the useful illicit card to whichever ship ends up really needing it.

Or, they just made them because those 3 ships (z95, m3a and jm5k) are the ones that are already in 2.0 so it’s a matter of letting all players have access to the new scum pilots.

(yes I realize other scum ships exist in 2.0, but these were the latest)

I feel like we have a few great options for Scum left to explore.

Razor Crest, Aphra’s Ark Angel, Hondo’s flying saucer.

At the rate we are getting new ships for each faction it might hold us over for the next year. Plus plenty of room for cool new crew and illicit cards in each expansion.

Rogue class starfighter, G1-M4-C Dunelizard, R-41 Starchaser, Rihkxyrk assault fighter, Gauntlet starfighter, Supa fighter, Heavy/Light Attack Fighter 500, V-wing, Miy'til starfighter, Miy'til assault bomber, SS-54 assault ship, GAT-12 Skipray Blastboat, etc.

Just as long as we get Babu Frik, too. Give him a Focus -> red Calculate, and Advanced Droid Brain, and a bunch of adorable gibberish for his pilot ability.

There's other ships from the Mandalorian alone that they could put in. There's the starfighter that's shooting Mando at the beginning of episode 4 or 5 and the Gunship from the Prisoner episode. Both of those got more screen time than the quadjumper

My biggest want for Scum is the Guavian Death Gang fighter/transport and the Mandalorian Kom'rk-class. I don't really care that both are slightly too big in canon specs to be large, just make them large ships anyway. It'll be fine. Just state that they're smaller versions.

The Razorcrest would be cool as well, but I'm still wanting the Halo, and they are somewhat similar looking and I expect we won't get both if we get either. That makes me sad.

Hopefully a few underused Scum cards will see more play after some points adjustments. Also, epic: The C-ROC is seriously fun to play, and FINALLY the Scyk is viable. A Serissu wing with an assortment of cannons hits very hard and is pretty tough to deal with, especially with a bit of support from the big ship. Genesis Red is actually pretty decent when he gets to lock at I7.
