Not with points increase

The latest points are dated September, Worlds was in October.

, pricing the card gives the player much more flexibility in building his list.

this is very true!

Talking about upcoming increase if any for b-wing!

If you do that then you penalize people for not using it , the last points increase forced them off the board as is, pricing the card gives the player much more flexibility in building his list.

What?

Anyways to counter what you originally tried to say:

You make the S-Foils free and bump B-Wings because currently the B-Wing and X-Wing are fulfilling the same role (Efficient Jousters). The S-Foils will provide a difference between them, creating separate niches.

If you increase the cost of the B-wing to make S-foils free, all you're really doing is removing the option to fly B-wings as they are.

Is that really a bad thing? Like I said, B-wings and X wings already have the same niche, and B's are better at it. Open up the options by forcing B-wings into a separate one.

"But it's limiting my options!"

Not really. No matter what they'll be a more efficient option that limits your options. This way just forces it to be the one with a config.

Exactly.

Because that thing isn’t a B-Wing. B-Wings have 4 types of cannons built in.

Yes you’re removing an option that never should have existed in the first place.

If they include the foils with any future print runs of the ship, I see no problem with this.

I still don't understand why it's not better to have both options. That way, you can fly your B-wings in the configuration that you believe is correct, and I can choose to fly both newfangled B-wings and OG B-wings.

For the same reason the Xwing's Sfoils card doesnt cost points.

Yes. It's a bad thing. I bought B-wings to put them on the table. Not to have them delegated to a niche ship mostly standing pretty in my cabinet.

Although I really like the s-foils for them I don't want to be forced to use them and cannon upgrades on them and want to be able to use them as is.

And some of us wernt fans of flappy Xwings. They're still playable, just not the same way.

Yes, but the X-Wing’s S-Foils came with the ship. You buy a 2nd Ed X-Wing, you have that upgrade with it. B-Wings, not so much. I bought a B-Wing Expansion for the model upgrades, but got no s-foils. It should be playable out of the pack.
