Hadn't seen any topics shouting out that they revealed the new B-Wing in a video today so figured I'd go ahead and post it here.
Granted that the Resistance Transport/Pod was said to use the B-Wing MK 2's cockpit I have to say I don't quite see how that lines up just yet, though maybe they will reveal this is actually the MK III or something.

Really like to thinner look to the ship, as well as the new cockpit design. Can't wait to run these and the new Y-wings with the Resistance. Throw in the fact we now got S-foils to throw on top of them as well.
It is funny that the look of the transport pod is so different, but that could just mean that it is the MK3 and we have yet to see the MK2? We still have not yet gotten a new for this sucker yet.
I guess it's okay that it's pretty similar. I just get tired of Resistance being "Rebels, but better" sort of like FO has been "Empire, but worse."
I'd really like to see them be more different. Vonreg/Fireball are a move in the right direction. The FO Bomber also seems that way to me. The A-Wings are more or less distinct enough, and the TIE/fo doesn't look too much like the TIE/ln, but the X-Wings don't have a lot of differences, and it's hard to see where the Y-Wings and B-Wings will either...
I guess I should be optimistic. The devs have really proven their ability to make something from nothing time and time again.

Yeah, in spirit I agree, but as someone who didn't play 1.0 Rebels, it's nice to have the Alt Reb faction to get into for 2.0.
So at this point, I'm more like, yeah, gimme some bwing.

I *want* them to be good because revenge against the resistance faction whom I dislike the most in canon. And I enjoyed Kylo in 1.0. But they’re not.
Unpopular opinion from me: it can be good looking all it wants, I don't want it because the ST is Garbo.
Like I have up till last wave a full collection of both ST factions, and I don't want to add to them anymore. Especially now that all they are is a same same but different pile.
But there's a very real chance I'll end up with a sixth Rebel one 🤘 😄 I really dig the new config (ooh that rhymes!)

Relying on Kylo Ren is your first and biggest mistake. The TIE/FO and TIE/SF are the real meat.

Disagree even though their ships are a ripoff. I love the TIE/ba and the new FO bomber. The Echelon's pretty cool too and hasn't gotten nearly enough attention. It's just the lame movie ships that are a total ripoff. At least the silencer is kinda new (cockpit shape is legit unique and quite cool).
As for the ST, it's not as good as the OT and not as bad as the Prequels. We'll see how IX stands up; I expect it'll be a smash hit. Unless they use time travel, in which case I'm giving up on cinematic Star Wars and will just live in the TV series. 😛
So, I find the T-70 to be pretty distinct from the T-65

Well, the new S-Foils are very specific requirements-wise to the specific Rebel B-Wing type. States A/SF-01 B-wing on the card, so unless the Resistance B-Wing has the exact same name...
