Has FFG published points for the upgrades from the Epic stuff? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Yes, it's a sheet of its own akin to the generic upgrades price sheet. All the epic costs are there.

The Epic Battles and Huge ship points aren't in the FFG squad builder app yet are they?

FFG's squad builder is no longer supported (there is supposedly a new app in the works), so use YASB or LBN.
