Correct. The Neutralize Results step is after Dice Modification.

An interesting thought that I just had, then looked up the answer for... Crack Shot happens BEFORE the Neutralize Results step, meaning that evade results have already been modified... but Reinforce happens DURING the Neutralize Results step. That means a Reinforced ship will still (situationally) be able to add that last evade result, even after Crack Shot has been spent. So use it wisely!

Also for whatever reason... Prince Xizor has a better pilot ability than Biggs’. Biggs’ depends on player order. Xizor’s is after Crackshot.
