If I use concentrate fire on my first shot do I get the rerolls for the following shot?

No. It’s a separate action.

I was wondering because it has the token: I know the first part says when the dial is used you can reroll the entire dice pool which I agree would be completely op but I am more thinking the other half about the 2 dice. Then again it might just because I use engine techs too often

You can only perform any given command once per round, so - for example - if you have a dial and a token, and you spend the dial on your first attack to do a Concentrate Fire command (and activate Krennic) when you make your second attack you will not be able to spend your token because you have already performed the command.

This also means (and many people often forget) that if you want to spend a dial and token on a single attack with Concentrate Fire, you have to spend both at the same time . You can't add a die and then decide if you want to spend the token for the reroll, you have to spend them both at the same time, add the die, and then decide what (if anything) you want to reroll.
