Hi,
I have alot of boardgames and usually introduce them to people new to boardgames and they are interested in the old X-Wing setup i have in a showcase.
I'm very sure everyone will like X-Wing due its intuitive movement step, i really like the game. I also proudly showcase my x-wings at my home to not forget my background ^^

It would be great to have a balanced setup for each player, also if you have any experience with "special setup" matches to make it interesting that would be awesome!
I'm got X-Wing long ago but newer got to start playing much but just got ahold of a few more ships listed below:
SCUM & VILLAINY
1 YT-2400
2 HWK-290
EMPIRE
VT-49 Decimator
6 TIE-Fighters
2 TIE-Phantom
1 TIE-Advanced
1 TIE-Bomber
REBELS
2 Millenium Falcon
3 X-Wing
1 B-Wing
1 E-Wing
1 Y-Wing
However, key is to make it easy to get started and learn the game, without making it so that Empire always wins or vice versa with a interesting concept of the match setup. Or is this even possible?
I believe its also interesting for others to hear ideas for different match setups, if this is already available elsewhere please direct me there ^^
Any comments of just a set of ships would be super nice hear!
If anyone could it would be very appreciated to comment a example below like below with the ships i have above:
"Title
: Dogfight
Points
:
Type of game description:
Balanced-Why:
Comment:
Team 1 Ships with cards:
Team 2 Ships with cards:
Etc"
Example:
"Title
: Dogfight
Points
: 38/38
Type of game description: Fight to death, Easy and short setup.
Balanced-Why: The ships are the same.
Comment: Most interesting with alot of astroids on the map.
Team 1 Ships with cards:
TIE-Phantom
:
Advanced Cloaking Device, Stygium Particle Accelerator, Tactician
Team 2 Ships with cards:
TIE-Phantom
:
Advanced Cloaking Device, Stygium Particle Accelerator, Tactician"
Also i have a 3D printer so i can definitely create special objectives or other structure on the maps.
BTW can you play a interesting game with more than 2 players?
Look forward to hear of any help and ideas i could get from your experiences!
Kind regards
