Usual pattern is one for playing and an extra ticket for the winner. Pretty much the same across the main event and most side events. Not at PAX but that is how it has worked at past SOS and Worlds.

From Alec Thorne at FFG OP: 4 tickets for participation, 1 per game, 1 per win.

I doubt it's 10 for the set, but 10 each seems extortionate.

I only want 3 and 26 is the maximum number of tickets if you won every single game...

Welcome to the wonderful world of prize wall. Get use to the fact you aren't getting them all unless you go to multiple events. You can get more from side events though, outside of that, be prepared to buy extra tickets off people.
