If I have a wing of Naboo starfighters, and the wing leader executes a speed 3 to get his full throttle free evade, do his wingmates also get the evade?

I would say yes. Reference to this line from p5 of the Epic Battles Rules Reference (1.0.6) under Moving Wingmates :

• After it is placed in formation, a wingmate is treated as having fully executed the maneuver on the wing leader’s dial. This includes the speed, color, and bearing of the wing leader’s maneuver.

And here's a Bravo Flight Officer for reference to the exact wording of Full Throttle:

Since Wingmates are "treated as having fully executed the maneuver" they should trigger all 'after maneuver' type effects, such as Full Throttle.

I'm pretty sure they stated that in the rules specifically for abilities like this to trigger.
