Can Foresight trigger multilpy times?

Example if three vulture droids one by one comes into Obi-Wan Kenobi bulls-eye. Can he use the Foresight jedi power to attack all three if he spends his three available force tokens? And still make his normal attacks later in the round? And if not - why not?

While it can technically trigger all three times, normal ships (ie not huge) are limited to 1 bonus attack per round.

As noted you only get one bonus attack per round if you are not a Huge ship. The limit isn't force tokens but the restriction on bonus attacks on page six of the rules reference.
