EC Henry strikes again with a new Mon Cal

By GrandAdmiralCrunch, in Star Wars: Armada

I love this model, and I think it would look great on the table.

I view it as a mid weight carrier.

Wonder how it compares to the MC40 series, since it's kind of in a similar category.

Probably 3 die forward, 4 side, 2 rear. 3 command, 3 squadron, 3 engineer. Speed chart 1, 1-2, 0-0-2. Title with the named ship that gives a JJ effect with 1-2 extra yaws.

I like it rebels could do with some medium ships, and I think two of these designs would fit.

I can say that it’s a Mon Cal ship alright.

Otherwise, it doesn’t seem to have any distinct features to make it look like anything other than a baby pickle.

EDIT: Looked a second time. I do like the engine layout.

The greebling on the top, engines, and the tucked-in underbelly hangar all make this distinct to me. I'd also like to see this on the table, agreed that rebels need more mediums (more combat mediums are needed as a whole, I feel).

Dare I say it? I think that there's a reason this ship and others were delegated as background filler. ;)

This ship could be the Medium Carrier the rebels need, while the MC-40 can fill the medium combat support role.

I'm turning into a big EC Henry fan lately. I really enjoy the lore he created to go along with these redesigns!
