So my question is this: When playing BP, and you play Wakanda Forever! To activate the special on your BP upgrades, does it activate the stronger action if it is the only BP upgrade in play?

For example: I have only Panther Claws in play. I play Wakanda Forever!. Do the claws deal 2 damage, or 4 damage? It’s literally the first and last card in the sequence so I would assume it does 4 damage. But there was some debate about it.

You said it your self Tim, it was the first, the last and the only upgrade in play. It deals the 4 damage.
