If I play The Hatchlings' Feats ( Any Phase: Kneel 3 influence to choose 3 characters without any attachments. Until the end of the phase, one of those characters gets -1 STR, the second gets -2 STR, and the third gets -3 STR.) against 2 house dayne characters and a non-dayne character, can it be cancelled by Starfall advisor (Response: Discard 1 gold token from Starfall Advisor to cancel 1 event card or character ability that chooses a House Dayne character as a target.)?

Since the Advisor does not specify the House Dayne character should be the "only" target (like, say, Eddard does with Nobles) or "all" targets, so long as any number of the 3 targets for Hatchlings' Feast is a House Dayne character, the Advisor can cancel the entire event.
