My turn was over and had no cards in my hand (besides Ancentral Knowledge) and I was in T'Challa form. The other player did his turn but didn't need to use his Helicarrier. Can I then request the action that he lets me use the Helicarrier resource to play Ancenstral Knowledge from hand since it's an alter ego bolded action?

Just want to make sure I'm correct with the rules about Bold Action events on other player(s) turns.

Yep, events and action abilities on cards can be used off-turn, so you could Ancestral Knowledge at the end of his turn.

What you can't do is flip to other form (like if you were in Black Panther side), play or use an ally, or play out supports/upgrades.

I will say, it’s a bit unclear what all you can request your teammates do on your turn. I personally have drawn the line at basic attack/thwart/recover, while most other things seem... okay?

But you could hold onto to the action on an upgrade like Powered Gauntlets until the last players turn as well, correct?

Yeah, any bolded Action ability can be done off-turn, even if it's specifically a 'hero action' or 'alter ego action.'

The Rules Reference is very clear on what you can request/offer: Actions and only Actions. If it has a printed "Action", "Hero Action" or "Alter Ego Action" on it, you can offer to play it or request that it be played on another players turn. If it doesn't, you can't.
