We already see it as a viable thing in the Rebellion in the Rim campaign, and just as the goal of giving Legion an official skirmish format is to draw new interest in Legion, how about one for Armada? also support for the format to allow for fast skirmish tournaments

Armada allready has a skirmish format like u said it came out with RitR, theres rules in there on how to play a 200 point game outside of the campaign.
