What happen? Is it reshuffled?

It is reshuffled and the player takes a face down encounter card that will be an extra reveal during the appropriate step of the Villain phase. Cycling is good but thematically I view it as a hero drawing too much attention to themselves. Like Ironman developing his tech making it too hard for his enemies not to attempt getting their hands on it.

I like this. A great example would be when he invites the Mandarin to his mansion in Malibu and wakes up to assault helicopters 😂 If you wanna strut your stuff, be ready to take a punch, basically.
