I wouldn't be surprised if there was one for Adepticon.
The Academy Pilots and Techno Union Bombers are probably the most useful of the plastic prize cards, so will probably be the most sought after.
The inferno squad looks real nice.
Not so happy with the format change, but I’m on an extended Resistance kick, so I guess I’ll still be good.
I'm excited to see Hyperspace is not forgotten. I am more hopeful for Hyperspace long-term as a balanced format. The ability to simply remove a card (say R2 regen droids) gives them one more tool to balance a format.
I mean, sure, we won't be able to fly our E-wings and TIE Aggressors and all but still...
So scrub out on day one and make sure I packed at least 8 Aces High ships. Got it.
Also, a gentlemen's bet that Omega Ace is the second most frequent plastic card taken after the academy pilot.

As an FO player the change to hyperspace is awesome. I am curious if the next worlds is gonna be hyperspace format.
It would make sense to showcase 2.0 stuff instead of holdovers on the biggest stage. The drawback being you couldn't use the list that got you there if you qualified through an extended tournament
Thank God there's no limited ship repaints.
Besides a repaint inferno would be entirely too easy to do yourself. And also therefore sell as a knockoff online.

I was kinda hoping this would all come out at LCQ/worlds 2020 so I could nab that tie fighter I owe @Darth Meanie but I suppose the tie fighter doesn’t even actually exist yet. It’s not in the article so it may not even be a thing.

As a collector, yes, it does. I would have to pay a premium to satisfy my completionist urge. And that money wouldn't even go to support the producing company. So it hurts FFG too.
But most importantly, the forums here will be quiet. So far, there's only been heated debates on the other ships they've done. For whatever reason cards and tokens don't cross that line. So I for my part will be content with peace for a time ☺️

Yes it does. It's a major buzzkill for a lot of people. That's been established as a fact a number of times.
Personally, while it's cool, I can let the Inferno-themed non-ship stuff slide with no regrets. OTOH, I'd be very sad to miss out on the model (again).

I don't doubt that people can be that petty. But I don't emphasize at all because there is literally no difference between the model not existing and not getting the model.
Unless of course you are also bothered by cool paint jobs.

Eh, if I really wanted some of these repainted ships I can have someone paint it for me and they’ll charge less.
