One future expansion I'd like to see for Legion are Rebel "Irregulars". Most of the Rebel forces we see in the game seem to be pretty well-trained and well-equipped. But in a galaxy-spanning rebellion, there must be a lot of folks who are mad enough to strike a blow against the Empire but who are not able to join the 'regular' Rebel forces. They'd be ordinary folks who are just mad as **** and under the right circumstances (like the arrival of other Rebel forces) might take up whatever weapons they could find and help fight. So these irregulars wouldn't be very good. Poor weapons, poor equipment, but enthusiastic - at least for a while. In the game, they'd be low point cost, and probably shouldn't even count against the rank slots in the army building rules. The figures could be very cool, too with all sorts of colorful characters.

Actually, I'd like to see some civilian figures, too!

One thing I would really love to see is a civilian "crowd" unit with a bunch of individuals multi-based on a large base. It could include scenarios where crowds move semi-randomly on the battlefield and you lose points for damaging them. Maybe they could have face-down tokens and one of the crowds contains a secret informant that the imperials are trying to kill but the rebels want to meet with. They could make civilian minis that look like the people we see in the Ring of Kafrene, Jedha, Mos Eisley and Whatever the main town in the Mandalorian is called.

Yeah, some "civilian" figures of aliens and other Star Wars folks would be cool to use as objectives, hostages, scenery filler, etc. Human figures are easy to find, but right scale and thematic equipment is something else, much less classic Star Wars alien species.

But give them to me as singles and I can choose to make area terrain or not.

I need some livestock, too. Dewbacks! Plus eopies and other critters.
