As someone who likes flying sans squadrons, I like this.

APT and XI7s are at odds with ACM; the first two are designed to kill through shields, while ACM rips shields off.

Iden is alright. I think Tua/ECM would be a good upgrade there if you run a third APT and save 2 points. Maybe even run Brunson on Demo and give Harrow the ECM.

Minefields is not your friend, even as a complementary source of hull damage. Without a good way to trigger the mines like Lambdas or additional proximity mines, it’s easy for many ships to jump the Zone of Sadness (tm) or deploy avoiding it altogether. Not to mention if they have strategic squadrons, you’ll eat your own mines. Salvage Run could work here, Solar Corona is safe, Hyperspace Migration is amazing and broken if you want to play red and yellow more.

Otherwise, looks good.
